Line a 9×13-inch casserole dish with parchment paper or foil. If you are cooking a 6 oz piece of salmon, my rule of thumb is 12.5 mins at 400 degrees F. Place lemon slices on top for some extra lemon love while baking! Mix your lemon juice, maple, apple cider, salt, pepper, and olive oil and pour over your salmon. Ingredients 4-5 salmon filets 1/4-1/2 cup pure maple syrup 2 Tbs coconut amino acids (soy sauce replacer) 1 head fresh minced garlic 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt.
